Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - Med Ctr - Nrg Park - Kirby, Houston

Although there were some issues with the smell and leaks in the rooms, the hotel provided great attention from the staff and a functional kitchen. However, there were noticeable odors of smoke. The service was a mix of excellent and rude encounters, with some helpful and knowledgeable staff, and others providing limited amenities as promised. The location was convenient for specific events in Houston, although there were occasional maintenance disturbances. The dining options were limited, but improvements in the menu and coffee availability were suggested.

The hotel is conveniently located near MD Anderson, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it ideal for those seeking convenience. The rooms, despite a broken shower knob during our longer stays, were comfortable and worked well for us. The service was welcoming and understanding, adding to the overall value of the stay. However, occasional disturbances from the smoke alarms detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
